Fight the CAA Cuts! Support the Strike!

The Civil Aviation Authority makes a big point of talking about how fairly it treats its staff. But the cleaners at CAA House in Covent Garden are paid just £7.50 an hour – and now they’re fighting for their jobs.

Apleona, their employer, is trying to reduce staff numbers and hours and reorganise their working conditions, just to pay for a new afternoon supervisor without having to spend any more money.

Talking hasn’t achieved anything, so the cleaners have been left with no choice but to strike.

Support the CAA cleaners on August 7th — It could be your job next!
